In netball, you are unable to step, only making one step with the ball. There are positions for you, so you know what you are doing. If you are Goal Shooter, Goal Keeper, Goal Attack or Goal Defence, you are allowed in the goal circles.
Centre is an important position in netball because you need to run everywhere on the court except for the goal circles. When you move more than one step, this is called stepping. You are allowed to do a semi spin with the ball in your hand.
The games are always on a Saturday in the mornings or afternoons. All ages can play netball. When shooting, only Goal Shooter and Goal Attack are allowed to shoot. Teamwork helps you get the ball in the shooting circles without the other team getting the ball off you. With the position you got from your coach, you need to do that position, even if you don't like it, you need to do it. Each person in your team gets a turn off the court. You do lots of exercise in netball. The end
