Air filled with the screech of trolley cars,
Flying up and down the hills,
Tourists lost in the smell of clam chowder,
Basking at the base of the red of the bridge,
The City stretches high to the sky and,
Out to the Bay,
The Earth shutters with the quakes,
Home of ingenuity, Google, Apple,
History is told at every corner,
Alcatraz stands lonely, telling the tale of sinister crime,
A wedding long past of Maralyn and Jo,
I was born here, my history is linked with this City,
This City by the Bay.
