As the scorching hot sun beat down on the ravenous cheetah’s back,
He thought about having a juicy deer as a snack,
In the distance he saw a modest mob of deer,
“Great!” exclaimed the cheetah, “Now they just need to come near.”
The mob of famished deer pranced over to a minuscule patch of glorious green grass,
Salivating at the mouth the cheetah thought, “I’ll just take a nibble no need to ask.”
Creeping closer and closer,
The cheetah was about to pounce,
“Wait!” rationalised the cheetah, “they need to grow another ounce.”
He waited and waited but still no weight was gained,
He thought that they might be getting wane,
Because there was no grass to keep them sustained,
So he decided to venture away from his dusty home,
To find vast fields of luscious green grass to plump up their scrawny bones,
As he looked out onto the yonder, all he saw was orange dust,
Unfortunately to his disgust!
