The Sunflower Seed

There was a little girl named Emily. She found a sunflower seed, so she planted it in a flower pot. Overnight, it grew into a beautiful sunflower. She climbed up it, and it took her back to ancient Egypt! At ancient Egypt, she walked around the big city. While she was walking, she bumped into a man named Moses. Moses gave Emily a special necklace, that used to belong to the queen. Then Emily said 'Thank-you'. She climbed back down the sunflower, and it took her back to her house. In the night, while Emily was asleep, the Spirit of the Queen, came and took back the necklace. In the morning, Emily searched everywhere. She then decided to go back to Egypt. She looked around and soon found Moses again. Moses asked her what was wrong. Emily replied, "the necklace is gone!" Moses told her to go and look in the Queens' tomb. Emily did, and soon found the necklace! Then she said quietly, "I am sorry I took your necklace. Can I take it for show and tell and bring it back to you?" Emily felt that the tomb was telling her it was ok, and left the queen and went home again. The next day, she did her show and tell, and it was a great success! The queen came again that night and Emily thanked her and gave her back the necklace. What a wonderful adventure she had had!
