The night is cold
You dodge the bullets that run Towards you
You cry knowing
Your dad died in war
You miss your mother and baby brother
You read the last letter they sent you
Pain hits you in the side of your stomach
Looking down you wipe the blood from your clouds
Before slowly closely your eyes hitting the ground in a cloud of dust
It starts to rain on your lifestyle body
You have served us well and we are thankful
Lest we forget
