Across the water, across the deep blue sea,
The gigantic waves engulfing me.
The ice cold water numbing me,
Removing the feeling of me drifting helplessly in the sea.
Wanting to escape this world,
Wanting to be free,
This is how it is supposed to be.
Stars shining so bright,
Luring me towards the light.
All alone in the black of the night,
Feeling no fright.
Soon it will be over,
Soon I will be free,
Far away from reality.
I didn’t feel guilt nor regret,
Once I was finally dead.
