Excellence Award in the 'Word Zone 2016' competition
Sparkling, straight, spectacular hair, not one strand out of place
Perfectly seated like they all were modern day
Princesses.
Style of clothes, top of the line
Noses high in the air like primed puffy poodles on display
Forever judging.
And then, there’s
ME!
Wild, crazy hair like a Chameleons all ways changing colour
A fish out of water.
Bubbling, bright, bedazzling clothes just like a confident peacock
Eyes all ways on me, making me feel like an outsider
They think I don’t belong here, but I know different
I know I bring colour to this place.
I am the ROSE amongst the
WEEDS.
