Darkness, darkness is just a plain entity
Something that you can’t quite see
So why are you so scared of me?
While I’m in the darkness…

The light, the light is what we devour, what we savor
But yet it’s not our savior
It is what we do in the time the light gives us
And we thank the light for what it’s done
Because when it’s the time for the dark to go away
We all get up and start to play
We don’t appreciate what the dark gives us
All the children do is fuss
Because the dark is stopping you
From all the things you like to do
