Anxious,
Waiting for something when it feels like forever,
Seconds turn to minutes, minutes to hours, hours into days.
Sadness,
Hurting so much that I can’t hold it in, and crying endlessly into my hands,
Yet my tears fall into the sky and come crashing down and hurt me twice as much.
Happiness,
Yelling with joy and celebrating,
No-one can get in my way and stop me from feeling this good.
Love,
Nothing around me seems normal,
My stomach is full of butterflies and my brain is working on overdrive,
I’m floating in the clouds and can’t seem to find a way to get back down again.
Proud,
Something that I have done to make everyone else smile at me including myself,
I’m 6 foot tall and everyone is looking up to me, as if I’m on top of the world.
