Crumpled on the ground
We were tightly bound
You left me out to dry
I lay here asking why?
My heart is torn in two
The smell of ink so new
It smudged all over my paper
Your words like poisonous vapour
You cut me with a pair of scissors
Now our friendship slowly withers
You threw me in the raging fire
To fuel your sense of lonely dire
You drew on me with permanent marker
Harsh words that made my world darker
I watch our friendship slowly diminish
This is our end and our finish
