Day

This morning, the sun welcomed me
The sunshine hugged me closely
I lay down under the high blue sky

This afternoon, birds dance in flocks
And my mind is beyond the horizon
I lay down under the endless blue field


Tonight the moon reflects on the calm sea
I ponder on my day of enchanting
I lay down on my bed in Hudson Bay
