The big yellow beast
In the bright lights of the Mcg.
It comes down
seconds are counting down
I put my hands up.
The smelly sensation of the sausage sizzle distracts
All i see are fans with their posters.
The fans are cheering
I can hear the beast “thoud” on my hands
“Yes” i say it is in my hands

I slowly drop it on my boot
Its gone straight through the big sticks
We celebrate
The siren goes
We won the grand final!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fans are cheering me and my teammates do the same
