The Nothing Land,where nothing stands,
not even a single tree.
Not a blade of grass nor a dandelion,
for as far as you can see.
For the place that should be filled with things that thrive
on gorgeous water and sun,
is instead filled with crunchy, dry, crumbly dirt, baking in the sun.
She quietly approaches the potential-filled land, plants the seed, and...
She now looks back on that miserable time,
waving it goodbye.
With a confident step and brave wings,
She can now take flight,
Work pays off, even if you’re a little shy.
