The jungle scenery is evergreen,
City streets evil and mean.
This place here is 'oh' so busy,
This place here is the city.

Subway stations transport school kids,
Road gutters make homes for fast food lids.
People flow like waves in the ocean,
Clashing like the traffics motion.

The starry ways of the night,
The bright skyscrapers and neon lights.
Walking scared when its dark,
As dangerous people leave their mark.

Jewels, opals bring much desire,
But it's the forest flint that brings the fire.
People born rich, some poor too,
Seeing the people you wished you knew.
