There once was a father called Clive
Who wanted to buy a bee hive
He wanted some honey
And spent lots of money
And made sure his bees stayed alive

There once was a mother called Jo
Who was gardening one day with a hoe
Guinea pig Fudge
Refused to budge
And Jo nearly chopped off her toe

Alex a boy in Rivett
Desperately wanted a pet
He wanted a hog
But they got him a dog
And a bird and a guinea pig set
