War is like a puzzle with every little piece confused
Every little piece is someone’s life, someone’s family, true love or child
Taken away, stolen, mistreated & hated
One piece lost, one life gone
When you find out there’s no way back, That means the piece fits
Too much hate, nothing fits
To many small pieces, too many loved ones
Waited too long, to late
To young, not anywhere close
Lost in thought, lost in battle
Hope to get home soon seemed thin
But trust, hope & love got some home
The puzzle is finished
Some died, some lived but some with dignity
Once love, always loved, never hated
