Do you ever feel the soft autumn breeze?
As the cold disappears and the sky decides to clear.
Do you feel sad when the leaves are all gone?
When the trees turn red, and leaves fill the park ponds.
As the trees are bare and we give them a glare.
When the leaves fall, the ground is filled with vibrant colours.
The kids are picking up leaves, from all over the town
Some leaves that fall get in the way of the little kid’s football.
The little kids get distracted and have a leaf fight.
Autumn is in everyone’s hearts,
Musicians write songs in the park, and dancers dance until dawn hits dusk.
Artists can paint a story of life; kids can study or play.
Autumn is special, you just have to look at it from a different perspective.
As autumn starts to end,
We all wrap up our autumn stories, and it all seems quite clear.
Good bye Autumn, see you next year.
