The music blares from the speaker, yet I hear nothing.
I see a group of laughing girls, yet when I try to smile, it falters.
Shops, signs and cars stare at me through the glass window, yet I see nothing.

Tell him to let go of me.
The darkness, it's the darkness!
Just let me fall asleep strapped into my seat.
Don't keep me awake.
Please! For my sake!

Let me see the world clearly.
Don't mute everything and blurr images.
Talk to me, but don't say a word,
You will be heard.
But, you say I'm deaf and blind,
It's not me! Just please
clear my thoughts and numb my pain so that you will forever be slain.
