Soft cries, innocent silver eyes
Gentle stare, swaying, drifting
Stubby limbs, delicate to cradle
A rose, a mild scent; an ocean shifting
Waves nibbling the beach shore
Dampen footprints; big and small
Salty mornings awoken with a cry
Then a kiss, a smile, silently yawns
Loving you was being faithful, I replied
Isolation tempted my hunger, my fatigue
My weakness ringed around my eyes
I spoke once more, her smile was pretty
I hugged her more, swinging her in my thoughts
I’ll never forget you, the ocean kept my whispers
The waves fondled humbly with my memories
To love her, I kept her still, I still miss her
