A tempest spirit -
is what you are.
And I alone, am but a ship
Built sturdy and sure.
Prepared for your raging seas.
When you’re so calm, it’s like a dream
We flow together, just you and me.
Through little breeze, a building wind,
we move together
Quickly. Ferociously. Passionately.
The wind rages on, into vicious storms
I try to fight against your rage
Oh! It is so strong, and you tear me apart.
Leaving me in pieces across the shore
A storm that I was never prepared for.
And now you’re gone and I am ruined.
