Everyday a child, stands knocking at deaths door
Their dying wish some simple food, no less and no more
Mothers and fathers stare at what has happened hereinbefore
While the rest of the world understands, only to ignore
Their dying wish is one which thousands can restore
For the rest of the children who keep knocking at deaths door
We see the pictures; appalling in all honesty
Feeling at heart, the weakness of despondency
We can all tell this child’s prophecy
Yet we leave them to suffer without an apology
We are all living in absolute hypocrisy
