A Brumby's Day

Horses running through the creek
Listen to their rumbling feet
Through the dense bush they will go
Kicking up the icy snow
As the stallion he will lead
As every horse follows he
Running through the icy plane
As it just begins to rain
Find a log and have a rest
As they all hope for the best
Morning comes and the sunshine
Foals all whinnie and their fine
They had their rest it's time to go
And once more kick up the icy snow.
