The sweetest sound floats through the air,
Through words, through voice, you show you care.
The sing-song noise is sweet like sugar.
As smooth as peach and can stretch far.
Pure, pretty voices are clearly great,
You don't know when you might meet fate.
Happy sounds can often be shown,
Sadness could mean a moan or groan.
Melody, Harmony and Notes,
These three musical sounds all float.
In water, in air, on our land,
These magic words are used in bands.
This poem could be read by Kings,
That's true, mind you, now go and Sing!
