Excellence Award in the 'Spread The Word 2017' competition
It flies all day
But it never goes far
It could fly until the sun’s last ray
But it wouldn’t move like a car
In the sky the colours swoop
Across the sky this marvel would flutter
Across the sky this marvel would troop
And about this beauty the wind would mutter,
How it dances,
How it would waltz,
How it prances,
And how it has no faults,
Oh what a sight,
My dear kite!
