Excellence Award in the 'Spread The Word 2017' competition

I feel a burning sensation inside me,
I feel like I am about to burst.
Now the burning is a 4th degree,
I think I have been cursed.
My stomach has disagreed,
I can tell this will be the worst,
the depths of me have decided to proceed,
now the process has reversed.
It is coming out of me,
rolling down my side.
This is not what I had rehearsed,
I really have tried, to keep it inside.
My sides have now been dyed, a blood red,
as the liquid pours down me,
leaving a trail of 4th degree,
on the burned down towns and cities.
