My feet bare , empty hands;
Toes sticking on the mat.

Belts like the rainbow near me;
Yellow to orange I wear;
Orange to green is my goal.

Line by line we go to the end,
Everyone is my friend.

Hook kick, spear hand strike,
Every step must be right.
Just like a dance,
This is my chance.

My body moves fast,
Sparring, technique, kata.

Breathing hard, my grading is done,
Green belt in my hand , I've won.
