My beautiful country,
My land of red hot sand.
My lovely trees swishing,
At night I am wishing.
Ayers Rock is Uluru,
How nice is Kakadu?
The Great Barrier Reef,
The farmers cattle beef.
Kangaroos, Koalas and crocodiles too,
So many animals are kept in the zoo.
Wombats, Wallabies, Emus and Cockatoos,
Aussie animals, I don't know how to choose.
I stare at the hot blue sky,
Sunscreen on so I don't fry.
Australia's desert is so dry,
Soon night will be here, another beautiful day gone by.
