"In the dark depths of Midnight,
Shadows dance in the garden,
Creatures of all shapes flit past the window,
Trees whisper secret messages,
The winds howl and cry at the moon.
Animals cower in their sleep,
Bugs scuttle in the rotting bracken,
Everything silent as death,
Until dawn arises from its long slumber.
Then the birds sing and trees sway,
Animals scuttle, run and play,
Bees buzz busily, gathering pollen,
Until Midnight falls over the earth again.
