Shimmering blue and enormously wide,
Dangerous, breath-taking, all will see,
The beautiful treasures deep inside,
When the gentle waters call to me.
Where the sand meets the sea,
There are sea shells down below,
The sun is the key,
As the yellow rays glow.
The tiny feet dig into the sand,
Watch the tide come in and out,
Sandcastles are built with hands,
That’s what this place is all about.
The water it moves and rises and falls,
But no one knows it after all.
