Every step I take
I start to feel alone,
Every mistake I make
I have no place to call a home.
My smile, I fake
To make everyone feel satisfied.
But the thing they don't see,
Is that I’m really truly terrified.
All the thoughts in my head
And the pain I suffer,
It breaks me inside
But I know it makes me tougher.
This world is not a fair place,
People will throw sticks and stones.
My heart is now cold,
My sadness and I, forever alone.
