Magnificent Mars is as soft as talcum powder
Mars has iron oxide, as red as saffron
The red hue scintillates in the night, reflecting its brilliant colour
Standing close as the length of mum’s apron
This one lacks oxygen
With two moons, Phobos and Deimos orbiting around you
You are almighty that’s why you are named after the God of War
Even Earth needs you
Wondrous distant rocky planet
Orbiting to Mars takes 687 days
Before you go, you might need plan it
Before you book with Stayz
Mars you float like a bird in the sky
You are so close yet so high
Closet to Earth you lie
Up in the cobalt sky
