They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder Though a distant might better say Where one sees value, another is un-appealed For man, persistence is a prey Taken from a naive and peculiar glimpse 'Rocks shall remain made of stone'
Yet when one has the gift of patience, endurance Lacks not reward shall he For all deemed humane truly know Neither pride nor treasure is true wealth As one once said 'Sticks and stones may break my bones but words shall never hurt me'
Which beckons, clarifying knowledge to be the true key But beware, for bundles of wisdom have a price Which limits the capacity of the human mind to the brim So we reign back to our senses, acts of instinct And with resilience, observe lifes' delights
