A never ending black seeps through the air,
Falling into darkness, I feel nothing but despair,
When all hope is lost, I see a light,
Shining bright like a golden star through the night,
I reach out and touch its tip,
But I only continue to fade away,
Nothing can help me to stay alive,
But an urge keeps me going through the moonlit night,
The trees around me are long and black,
With silver leaves entwined down its back,
The ground seems blue like the depths of the sea,
But still nothing seems to try to save me,
The chains pull on my wrist and drags me down,
Then I seem to have fallen to the ground,
And a familiar light glows bright,
As I rise up towards the sky into the twilight.
