Voices in her precious head
Tearing her apart,
Her slow and constant suffering
Feels like an arrow through her heart.
When she glances at her mirror,
All she see’s is imperfections,
It’s because of the monsters inside of her,
Causing Painful Reflections.
What started as a friendly ‘diet’
Is now a life long sentence,
Making her body fragile and delicate
Not granting food an entrance.
The doctors put her on a drip,
But this was a battle she still lost
Anorexia Nervosa,
Making skinny come at a cost.
