As I look up at the crystal blue sky, I imagined of my silver tree. As I was relaxing, I heard my mum say it's time for lunch. I wanted to stay longer in the fresh breeze. But I had to go, so I got up and ran back home before my lunch got cold. When I was eating my lunch, I couldn't stop thinking about the glittery tree. Mum must've realised I was daydreaming because she asked what I was thinking. "Jess, what are you thinking now?" "If only silver trees existed in the world, it would make my life so much better." After lunch, I went back outside, away from prison.
When I went outside, I explored through the trees. I imagined the trees were silver. As it was getting darker and I was about to go home from the park, I saw silver. I followed the light. I had no idea where I was going! I still pushed through and finally stopped with the light. There in front of my eyes was a silver tree. I decided to keep it a secret. I turned to go home but then I heard voices and a chainsaw. VRMMMM! As I start to panic, I remember that my dream was to protect silver trees. I can't run off like that! I got all the broken branches to try cover up the silver tree but that made it worse. The sound made the person come closer to the silver tree. I stood still. And the person came. I couldn't be seen, so I slept where I stood.
The next day I was still lost. Outside was much colder than all the other days. So I had to find a warm spot. But I couldn't leave the tree alone so I just found a warm spot and fell asleep. When I was asleep, the same person from yesterday came over and found the silver tree. The person was a woodcutter so he couldn't believe his eyes and just cut the silver tree off! I, Jess woke up and found the silver tree cut. I knew I should have not left the tree alone. I found a path to go back home. As I went back home with tears washing down my face, I arrived home. My mum was so worried that when she saw me she nearly cried. "Jess, where were you?" she said very sadly. I replied, "It's a secret, but now it's gone." "What's gone Jess?" "The silver tree of course," I said. My mum looked at me and laughed. “You know trees are plants and a silver tree a tree, right? Of course, it will grow again. I need you to take me to the silver tree and man so I can tell the Police.” "Sure," I said. We went and arrived just when the man was putting the tree in. Mum called the Police.
A few months later, the tree was as beautiful as ever. never could've been happier.
