Red. Heartbroken, I gave them a chance, I trusted them, they let me down.
Blue. Empathy, I feel sorry for my friends.
They sometimes need help with a problem,
I’m unsure how to help them, I don’t know what to do.
White. Emptiness…my family has forgotten me, I feel invisible,
I get no attention, I hope they will see me again.
Green. Calm, life is around me, my heart beats fast,
It’s joy, with a touch of luck!
Purple. Guilty. I’ve left my homework at home,
I can’t stop thinking about it,
I try to keep calm, but I think I’ll get in trouble.
Yellow. Triumph! I realised I stand out, there are people waiting for me,
Giggling, smiling, happy because of me.
Finally, I’ve been recognised by my friends and family,
They need me and I need them.
These are the colours of my life
