When you’re stressed,
You’re told to take a breath,
I breathe in and feel my chest,
But instead I got closer to death,
It’s like running a never ending marathon,
Trying to get to the surface of the water,
It was as if I weighed a ton,
My joints loosened,
My head slowly bowed,
Was this really the end?
I started to drift away like a cloud.
