There was a little girl who watched the Olympic Games on television. She watched the girls swimming fast and winning medals. She decided that she wanted to swim and win a medal.
The little girl lived in the outback, and there wasn’t much water to swim in. She went to the town pool and practised every day.
The little girl grew up and still wanted to win a swimming medal. She made it to the Olympics and swam her best. The reporters on the television were shouting, “Go , little girl from the outback”.
She was really happy when she won a gold medal and she went back to the outback and showed her family and friends what she had won.
