He had beautiful ocean eyes.
The kind you could get lost in.
And I guess I did
When I first saw you, my heart skipped a beat.
Never did I think, that we would ever meet.
When we finally met, I couldn’t help but stare
At your electrifyingly blue eyes, and your shining jet black hair
As I got to know you, I took note of all your quirks
Like the way you bit your tongue when you laughed,
And how you loved the same old shirt
Nothing compared to the way you spoke and the way I always felt.
Every time I looked in your stormy blue eyes, my heart began to melt.
Everyone always said we were perfect for each other. I wonder if they were right.
Please don’t ever think I was joking when I told I loved you every night.
If only you knew how much I’d loved you, even when we were apart.
I loved you more than anyone else, after all
You were the tear in my heart.
