It’s when the darkness creeps in, and the lights fade out,
When I feel most alone.
It’s when they treat me like dirt, and the jealousy kicks in,
When I feel most alone.
It’s when they talk about it in front of my face,
And exclude me from their games,
When I feel most alone.
With nowhere to run, and nowhere to hide,
I feel out of place.
With no-one to lean on, and no one to talk to,
I feel rejected and sad.
It’s when they don’t take my hand, and leave me to fall,
When I feel I could die.
I’m sure I could run away, and no one would notice.
I feel all alone.
