Life is like a treasure chest waiting to be opened,
Or like an oyster guarding its pearl.
It is as interesting as a fingerprint from someone’s finger,
Life is wonderful never knowing what is around the corner.
It can feel as warm as the sun on your back,
Or as cold on a chilly winter day.
Life can be as free as a bird,
Or as trapped as an animal pacing in a cage.

Life is what you make of it, dull or exciting,
Life can be as exciting as a bee buzzing from flower to flower.
It can be as dull as a dot on a page all alone,
Life is what you make of it adventures and all.
Life is like walking through the woods and hearing the birds call,
Life has many surprising turns as a challenge,
Life can make you happy or sad,
Whatever it does, just be glad.
