What Teachers Really Feel Like

Excellence Award in the 'Horizon of Dreams 2018' competition

Before all the children come running,
the teacher is being very cunning.
The teacher wants them to do the work,
but all they want to do is shirk.
So, the teacher really needs to perk,
up all of the children’s’ curriculum work.
Most of the kids are playing with sticks,
the teacher thought it would be an easy teaching fix.
Finally, they’re off to P.E.,
but one kid has to come back for being naughty.
They have to do lines with the teacher,
Thinking to themselves, “What’s wrong with this creature?”
