Sitting by the window as day turns into night;
Darkness all around me except the moonlight.
Far, far away I see the twinkle of little stars;
Maybe they are planets like Venus or Mars.
I am not tired, I do not want to go to bed;
I start to imagine creatures running around in my head.
Big, furry monsters that only have one eye;
Scaly, fat dragons that fly up in the sky.
Creep, Creep, Creep. I hear something outside my door!
I wonder what it is? I wonder what it's for?
My teeth start to chatter and my knees start to shake;
"RAAAAAAA!" out jumps my brother. Oh, for goodness sake.
