I hear the people talking about sad stories.
I go down to my knees and hands and cry.
I listen very closely and I hear the birds singing like grandma used to do.
My grandpa died in the war and I think he heard my grandma screaming for help.
And he heard the bombs falling to the ground like dead birds.
But he is always in my heart.
