This life binds me to the darkness
No longer can I feel the warmth of the sun
I will lurk in the shadows of your darkest dreams
The ones that make you scream and run.

I lie to myself - this is not my fault
But the child of the moon, I sought her out
I chose the one who took my life
The one I almost called my wife

I will live this torture for the rest of forever
Be the monster causing shrieks in the night
So I can live, live off human lives
I will roam the city until first light
