A Burning Fire

Shall I compare you to a burning fire?
You are as hot as the burning beach sand.
Stunning, beautiful, my one true desire.
Our love is on fire, not boring or bland.
As warm as fire, on a cold winter’s night.
You’re soft like a blanket, cozy and nice.
The flame in my life, you’re burning so bright.
You’re fiery like a flame, wicked like spice.
And when you’re mad, you’re a red inferno.
I still love you even when you’re upset.
Even when you burst like a volcano,
After the fight you have so much regret.
Through good and bad, I’ll still love you the same.
You are the shrew in my life I must tame.
