Excellence Award in the 'Write Along 2018' competition

I took a long leisurely stroll through the woods,
Not caring that the sun had already set.
I look at the path in front of me,
Guided by the light from the fireflies.
I see the swooshing of the leaves,
Taste the echo of the solitary bird,
And hear the smooth barks of the trees.
The wind blows through my hair,
My face,
My arms,
My entire body.
I am at peace.
I am one with nature.
I am nature.
