I hear the voice I see the time
Whispering slowly and ticking in sync
The tears of joy, tears of crime
I see them falling in every blink.
Through the darkness you can see
The night cries are slowly leaking.
When the night is black and the shadows lear
The water droplets fill the dark.
I can feel them advancing near.
Like a scare haunting through a mark.
I feel the burn of a running tear.
As it brakes from the stream
I take a sharp breath to take its hit
It falls to the ground with a silent scream
The water glistens like a candle lit.
The night and it cries feel like a cold dream.
