Rain

Swooping down,
Spitting amongst us,
Thunderous sounds,
Raging winds hissing past,
Rays of light,
Striking the ground,
Gods up above fight,
But there's no one around
Their fight escalating,
As they throw down,
Windshields breaking,
As the storm sails
The fight settled,
Everyone’s out
The arguments finished,
And so has the drought
