Cemented. Forsaken.
Until you are on the streets you never notice
That you had it all. An orphan lay sprawled under the bridge,
The steel stone cold. Shuffle.
Crowds wander by, like schools of fish. Abandoned at birth,
Raised by the homeless.
But the guardian angel has passed. Alone evermore.
Homelessness is waiting, searching for an escape.
Life is not meant to be limited.
We were made to push horizons. Discover.
Raise each other up and rise from ashes.
We are diamonds. Shine like stars in the sky by grace.
Stars form constellations. Communities of kind individuals.
A galaxy of warmth, Supporting each other in distress.
We must help each other and light the sky,
Because everyone, deserves a home.
